The “Four Yorkshiremen” sketch is a parody of nostalgic conversations about humble beginnings or difficult childhoods. Four Yorkshiremen reminisce about their upbringing, and as the conversation progresses, they try to outdo one another. Their accounts of deprived childhoods become increasingly absurd.
