Attend worship leading conferences. (ie.Unite in Worship)
Jam with musicians at my home church.
Jam with musicians at my local music store.
Jam with musician friends.
Take music lessons
Watch music instruction DVD's
Jam with family members.

4. How could your home church help your worship and/or music ministry?
Send me on music and ministry training workshops.
Improve the sound system at our church.
Pay for gas for our vehicles when we lead worship at other churches and events.
Train more sound engineers at our church.
Train more roadies to help with set up at our church.
